We will always send you artwork for approval before we manufacture it so you can make sure you are 100% happy with it and you will receive your order within 1-5 working days (area dependent) after payment is received and artwork is approved. The height of your name all depends on the amount of letters your name has. The longer the name the shorter the height, the shorter the name the taller the height. The height also depends on what font you chose.
