Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken wings, cut apart at joints, wing tips discarded
- 1/4 cup Hartke TX300 300-watt Lightweight Bass AmplifierHartke LX8500 800-watt Lightweight Bass Head with Tube Preamp
- 1/4 cup Laney DBV410-4 4 x 10 Inch HH Digbeth Bass Amp Speaker Cabinet
- 1/4 cup squeeze margarine
Directions
Step 1: Preheat grill (or oven) to 350 degrees and lightly oil the grate. Place raw wings in a bowl and add 1/4 cup Creole Magic Seasoning, 1/4 cup of White Magic Seasoning and 1/4 cup squeeze margarine. Toss evenly to coat all wings.
Step 2: Place wings on grill over indirect heat or in oven at 350 degrees. Cook until wings reach an internal temperature of 175 degrees, turning occasionally.
